Service animals
Service animals are welcome on vehicles at no extra charge. Just let dispatch know you will be traveling with a service animal
when you make your ride reservation.
The ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) states that a public transit system CANNOT restrict the use of a service animal, i.e. dog
or other types of animals that would be used to assist an impaired individual utilizing the service. The rider must be in direct
control of the service animal at all times. The information that a service animal will accompany a passenger at the time of the
reservation will be noted on the dispatcher's schedule. Service animals ride at no fee.
